Bassingbourn.org does not collect any personally identifiable information from its website visitors.

The feedback forms on the website contain a box for email address should the submitter want to receive an email response from the Parish Council. However this field is optional and any email addresses will never be passed on to third parties or shared.

Cookies may be used by the website logging software, which is used purely to see how many the visitors the website receives, how long they stay on the website, how they arrive at the website etc.

The information logged is the visiting computer's IP address, user agent id (ie what kind of browser used), country of origin and referrer information (none of this information allows anyone to be indentified personally).
